Improvements and Latest Updates

As a value-added software reseller, we'll keep you up-to-date on the latest changes to our partners' software. Please note that we're still in the early stages of our business and will be gradually rolling out live changes to our service.

Business Hub

Switch to light or dark mode in Business Hub

Dark mode is a lifesaver for late-night work sessions. To switch modes, just click your profile picture in the top right corner of your Business Hub dashboard. If you'd rather not, it'll automatically match your device settings.

Our SERVICES

Cancel through the Business Hub inbox

To cancel your services, send us a message through your Business Hub inbox. Use the initial keywords 'Cancel' and 'Marketing Package' (capitalisation doesn't matter). This will only cancel your services, not the free pro marketing tools on your account.


You will keep your products and downgrade to the Markskrill AI package, which is A$140. (Your billing date will remain the same.)


To cancel all of the marketing tools (Products), inbox us with the initial keyword and 'Markskrill AI'. If you want to cancel individual products, you can send us a message that contains the name of the product.


You cannot cancel individual services because we don't offer them!


We only sell Website Design & Hosting (Package) and Same Day Review Replying (Package) as standalone services. Unfortunately, you can't cancel Same Day Review Replying by yourself because the items in the package are offered as a free trial.


What happens when the trial ends:


  • After the 7-day trial, nothing happens. You won't be charged because we don't have your card information.


  • The service and product remain active until we decide what to do with you. (We offer a paid version.)


  • You can visit our store, add Same Day Review Replying to your cart, and get the software with our services!


  • If you make a purchase, we'll get to work right away, and you can monitor our progress.


  • You'll have a feature-limited version of Review Manager so that you don't lose your data.

Professional email included with a free account

This is every marketer's wet dream, a unified system. Email, Facebook, Instagram, and limited web chat messages all in one place, your inbox, and it's free! How bloody good is that? It can be a little confusing if you're not familiar with adding records to a domain. The big dogs in the domain name registering space usually have documentation to help you set up. Sign up for free here.


Set up an email address using your Business Hub inbox:


  •  Get a domain name with access to DNS settings.


  •  Ensure your domain provider supports email forwarding.


  •  Send emails from your custom email in your inbox. (Not for beginners)


  •  Set up email forwarding to your inbox.


  •  Purchase a .com domain from us for easy setup! (We sell domains for as low as A$24 a year)


Note that your email will only be accessible from Inbox unless you set it up elsewhere.

Marketing Tools

Inbox Pro is now available for purchase

Your Business Hub inbox is where you receive messages from WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, Email, and Web Chats. SMS and Voice is only available in the United States. It's also where you can cancel your products and services. Just message us in-platform using the keyword "Cancel" followed by "Product name, Markskrill AI or Marketing Tools", and our automated service will take care of the rest.


Here's what's included in Inbox Pro:


  • Connect your WhatsApp business account.


  • A voice assistant and a free United States based phone number.


  • A website chat widget, just like the one on the right hand corner of our site.

Business Hub was initially developed for American businesses, but we've tailored it to meet the needs of Aussie businesses.


Here's what you need to know:


  • The default currency is set to AUD.


  • The voice assistant is only available to USA clients.


  • We have an Australian support team ready to help.


  • American businesses are still welcome to use the software.


  • Local SEO sources are relevant to your country.


  • SMS is currently exclusive to USA clients.


  • We'll gradually release features to Australian businesses.
